Refund Policy

Candidates shall make refund’s request no later than 48 hours after payment date.
We shall only entertain a request for refund under the following conditions:
1. Provided you have not received training materials
2. Provided you have not gotten confirmation of the reservation of a seat. Please note that confirmation can either be my email, voice call, verbal confirmation or by any other means of communication.
3. Provided classes have not started

Where refund is possible, we shall process it using the same payment method with which initial payment was  made.

We shall not be liable to any fluctuations in exchange rate.

Bank charges and card surcharges are not refundable.
