Muzedata Training Policies
(Cancellation, Refund, and Access Terms)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or making payment toward any Muzedata training program, course, or related service (“Training”), the participant (“Participant”) expressly agrees to be bound by these Policies. These Policies form a legally binding agreement between the Participant and Muzedata.
2. Cancellation Policy
- A Participant may cancel enrollment within forty-eight (48) hours of payment, provided that:
- The Training has not commenced; and
- Access to any training materials, platforms, or sessions has not been granted.
- Once Training has commenced, all cancellations are strictly prohibited, and no credits, transfers, or refunds shall be issued, except as expressly stated herein.
- Muzedata reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any Training. In such event, the Participant shall be entitled to either:
- Transfer to a future session of equivalent value; or
- A full refund of fees paid.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule
All payments made to Muzedata are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Section.
3.2 Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds shall be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
- Verified duplicate payment;
- Failure by Muzedata to deliver the Training as materially described;
- Cancellation of the Training by Muzedata without a suitable alternative offered.
3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Under no circumstances shall a Participant be entitled to a refund where Training has commenced, including but not limited to:
- Inability to install, access, or operate required software or tools;
- Use of incompatible, inadequate, or malfunctioning devices;
- Internet connectivity issues, power outages, or environmental limitations;
- Scheduling conflicts, absence, lateness, or withdrawal;
- Dissatisfaction with Training content, pace, or delivery style;
- Failure to meet prerequisites or technical requirements.
3.4 Participant Responsibility
The Participant bears sole and exclusive responsibility for ensuring that all technical, hardware, software, and connectivity requirements are satisfied prior to the commencement of Training.
Muzedata shall have no obligation to:
- Delay, pause, or reschedule Training due to individual Participant issues;
- Provide refunds, credits, or compensation arising from Participant-side deficiencies.
3.5 Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests (where applicable) must:
- Be submitted in writing to refund@muzedata.com;
- Include Participant’s full name, proof of payment, and detailed grounds for the request;
- Be submitted within seven (7) days of the triggering event.
Failure to comply with this procedure shall result in automatic denial of the request.
3.6 Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days using the original method of payment. Muzedata shall not be liable for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
4. Access and Participation Policy
- Access to Training is granted only upon confirmed receipt of payment.
- All access rights are:
- Personal,
- Non-exclusive, and
- Non-transferable.
- Participants are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing login credentials;
- Redistributing, recording, or reproducing Training materials;
- Allowing third parties to access Training under their enrollment.
- Muzedata reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in the event of:
- Violation of these Policies;
- Misconduct or disruption;
- Unauthorized sharing or intellectual property infringement.
5. Technical Requirements and Disclaimer
- Muzedata shall provide general guidance regarding required tools and software. However, all such guidance is provided “as is” without warranty of compatibility with any specific device or system.
- The Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
- Technology environments vary;
- Software installation and performance are dependent on individual systems;
- Muzedata does not guarantee successful installation or operation on any device.
- The Participant assumes full responsibility and risk for all technical requirements.
6. No Warranties
Training is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Muzedata makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Uninterrupted or error-free delivery;
- Achievement of specific outcomes or results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Muzedata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
- Muzedata’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Participant for the Training.
8. Force Majeure
Muzedata shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Power outages
- Internet disruptions
- Acts of government
- Natural disasters
- Labor disputes
9. Governing Law
These Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by Muzedata, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Acknowledgment
By making payment, the Participant acknowledges that they have:
- Read, understood, and agreed to these Policies;
- Assessed and confirmed their readiness to participate;
- Accepted full responsibility for compliance with all requirements.
